The hotel's restaurant faces scenic Beacon Falls, providing stunning views through floor-to-ceiling windows. Local artisans were enlisted to outfit the spaces with wooden tables, hand-blown chandeliers, a nickel-cerused walnut-surfaced bar and a gold-cerused oak bar, highlighting the talent of the Hudson River Valley.
