Residential units and amenities share the inherent beauty of industrial materials and feature accents from Brooklyn-based makers.

On the ground floor, an oversized terrarium runs the length of the main lounge, housed in a structure made of blackened steel mullions. It brings a calming presence to those working inside and playfully blurs the boundaries between indoors and out.
