As Nobu Dubai celebrates its 15th anniversary, the restaurant—originally designed by Rockwell Group in 2008—has moved to the former Royal Bridge Suite of the Atlantis Palm. Like our other Nobu projects, we were delighted to design this elevated dining experience and continue our longstanding partnership with Chef Nobu Matsuhisa that spans almost three decades.
Occupying the sky bridge that connects the two Atlantis Towers, Nobu Dubai features a bar and lounge, an expansive outdoor dining terrace, sushi bar, and private dining lounge with spectacular views of the Palm Jumeirah, Arabian Gulf and city skyline.
Our design concept for the new location reflects Nobu’s roots in the Japanese countryside, while also celebrating the Dubai oceanfront with subtle references to the myth of underwater Atlantis.
