With more than 176,000 square feet of retail space anchored by chef-driven restaurants, a collection of shops, a movie theater complex, luxury hotel, and residences, The Grand LA combines lifestyle, arts, culture, and entertainment. Designed by Frank Gehry, the property complements Gehry’s adjacent Disney Concert Hall and connects with the nearby arts and cultural institutions. Rockwell Group was tapped to design the amenity and public spaces within the 39-story residential tower, which features 400 luxury rental and condo residences.
