Matthew Winter, RA, LEED AP, brings 20 years of award-winning hospitality experience to Rockwell Group. Matthew’s current and recent projects range from some of New York’s most sought-after restaurants, such as chef Daniel Boulud’s La Tête d'Or and Le Jardin sur Madison and the West Village’s Frevo, to spatial expressions for recognizable brands such as Warner Music Group's headquarters in Los Angeles’ landmark Ford Factory, the Miami Dolphins’ Baptist Health Training Complex, Raffles Boston, and the Paddock Club for the Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix. Matthew has also had a hand in redefining the interplay of hospitality and entertainment, creating innovative shared cultural experiences for Cedric’s at The Shed and the pro bono initiative DineOut NYC. Prior to joining the firm in 2016, Winter led the design for numerous hotels, restaurants, and residences as the Studio Director at Roman and Williams, which honed his keen understanding of how spaces can enhance the guest experience. He earned a B.A. in architecture from the University of Notre Dame.
