As Director of Human Resources, Yazmin Ramirez oversees employee relations and hiring for Rockwell Group, supporting more than 330 team members. Across a nearly 25-year career in management, Yazmin has spearheaded human resources, employee initiatives, and day-to-day operations for a range of companies, such as Beyoncé’s Parkwood Entertainment, Diller Scofidio + Renfro Architects, and Union Health Center. At Rockwell Group, Yazmin fosters a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment for all employees, reflecting the studio’s own commitment to community enrichment. Yazmin graduated from Monroe College with an MBA in Business Administration and Finance and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
