Gekkō

Miami, FL

David Grutman and Bad Bunny's luxurious restaurant borrows from iconic Japanese imagery, with custom graphic wallcoverings and sculptures, jewel tones, natural wood, mirror, and bronze accents. Gekkō means “moonlight” in Japanese, and we were inspired to create moments of radiating luminosity against a darkened palette. A trellised terrace wraps around the exterior of restaurant, with both dining and lounge seating, creating new energy at a busy corner in Miami's Brickell neighborhood.
