House 39
Residential
House 39—a 37-story residential tower developed by Fisher Brothers in Midtown Manhattan—was conceived as an urban sanctuary, emphasizing warmth and softness through a refined palette of pale oak, honed stone, soft bronze, and hand-troweled plaster. A sculptural circular staircase wrapped in wood and lit from above anchors the amenity floor, where layered ceiling planes, textured walls, and integrated seating create a sequence of intimate, tactile social spaces. A rooftop terrace with a firepit and hot tub is framed by natural materials and clean lines, extending the building’s quiet elegance into the open sky.
