At JEM Miami, a new residential tower located in Miami Worldcenter, a booming, mixed-use development spanning several blocks just north of downtown, Rockwell Group envisioned the Arquitectonica-designed residential tower as a mindful urban oasis nested within the city’s cosmopolitan context.

The design not only captures the spirit of Miami's thriving art scene and oceanfront locale, it also focuses on wellness by integrating biophilic principles, such as the use of natural materials, prioritizing access to daylight, working within a serene palette, and creating soft forms.
Bold art moments are woven throughout spaces layered with neutrals, textural materials, pops of color, and lush plantings.
