NEMA Chicago
Residential
Nema Chicago is a 76-story skyscraper in the Central Station neighborhood of Chicago. To complement the Rafael Viñoly architecture, Rockwell Group experimented with the idea of a city grid at various scales within the building.

To foster a sense of community in the building, Rockwell Group created social focal points throughout the amenity spaces. Elements such as the oversized indoor/outdoor fireplace and a sculptural bar encourage interaction between tenants, while a robust wellness and fitness program allows residents to interact in a group setting.
In the residential units, clean lines and strong, urban materials like concrete, metal, and natural stone, are amplified by strategic lighting.
