The St. Regis Residences
Residential
Located in Brickell, Miami’s financial district, the St. Regis Residences will raise the bar for luxury living in the city. Designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects (RAMSA), the soaring glass tower features interior public spaces designed by Rockwell Group, including 555,000 square feet of amenities, and the kitchen and bath finishes within each of the residences.
Our design is inspired by Miami’s standing as a major trading and travel hub dating back to the late 19th century, as well as its coastal location, unique ecosystem, and views of Biscayne Bay.

In the grand lobby and reception of the East Tower, a flowing travertine floor embedded with fluid bronze lines guides visitors towards a fireplace, lobby lounge and restaurant. A custom champagne bronze reception desk made of two organic, sculptural forms sits below a custom Lasvit chandelier. On the 30th floor of each tower is a sky deck, equipped with a peaceful daytime lounge; a contemplative double-height library space with panoramic views; and an evening lounge and event space.
This ethos carries into each residence, with kitchens boasting a light, calm palette with luxurious materials such as light oak wood cabinetry, bronze hardware, and a monumental stone-topped island and wooden cabinetry. Bathrooms feature separate double vanities while powder rooms and receive daylight through a glazed wetroom with a freestanding tub.
