For the talent agency's Manhattan office, Rockwell Group borrowed cues from hospitality to create a warm and inviting space that appeals to (and flatters) staff and clients alike.

Located on the 18th floor of a concrete and stone Art Deco tower, WME/IMG has sweeping views of Madison Square Park. In a nod to the tower’s elegant concrete base and the agency’s long history, Rockwell Group highlighted the beauty, modernity, and strength of concrete.

An open show kitchen and staff café have a marble counter with a cantilevered rose gold-plated copper base—the perfect stage for high-profile chefs, a number of whom are part of WME/IMG’s roster.

WME NYC (3) — Exposed, board-formed concrete ceilings and slab floors contrast with copper, rose gold, ebonized wood, and plenty of glass, evoking a boutique hotel rather than a workplace.

Perimeter offices maximize transparency, while interior offices are shorter than ceiling height and resemble floating jewel boxes.
