Illuminarium

Atlanta and Las Vegas

With partners Alan Greenberg, Radical Media, and Legends, Rockwell Group launched Illuminarium in Atlanta and Las Vegas. Designed by the LAB at Rockwell Group and our team of architects, each location features an expansive venue with soaring ceilings, a spacious indoor-outdoor café, and an immersive theater surrounding visitors in a sensory space unlike any other.

What museums are to art, cinemas to movies, and concert halls to music, Illuminariums are to experiential entertainment.

The Las Vegas outpost opened at AREA15, an immersive events and entertainment district.
Each Illuminarium features 3-4 experiences, like a journey to space.

Think Virtual Reality without the glasses (no wearable hardware required). Through bleeding edge projections, spatial audio systems, and haptic technology, audiences are transported to places they may never see in real life, while experiencing a shared performance with others.

At night, the theater morphs into an immersive hospitality experience designed by the LAB at Rockwell Group.

An ever-changing canvas of far-flung settings surrounds guests in sight and sound at an epic scale, cocktails in hand. Each generative environment evolves throughout the night to deliver immersive visual destinations rendered in real-time.

"It’s creating a new kind of platform for narrative and storytelling."
David Rockwell

Rounding out the Vegas experience, Lumin Café & Kitchen offers an inviting indoor-outdoor oasis with layers of natural woods and garden-inspired elements.
